    With dimensions of only 14.5 x 3.5 x 10mm, the EX-10 series sensors are among the smallest and narrowest sensors worldwide. Despite their ultraminiaturized design, the maximum range of the thru-beam version is 1000mm yielding an exceptionally high performance. The EX-10 series is available in two different basic designs, with a front sensing or side sensing light source, which additionally extends the mounting options in narrow spaces. Characteristics:

  • EX-10S Photoelectric Sensor

    Ultra miniature photoelectric sensors with narrow beam

    Like the EX-10 series, with the dimensions of only 14.5 x 3.5 x 10mm, the EX-10S series sensors are among the smallest and narrowest sensors worldwide. This S version with a thinner beam allows the detection of small objects within a very narrow detection zone. Characteristics:
    • An installation closely attached to each other is possible due to thin beam
    • Detects objects with a diameter of just 0.5mm
    • Long-range sensing of up to 1m

    Ultracompact photoelectric sensors (side sensing)

    Using a single chip optical IC we created the powerful EX20 sensors, which are among the smallest photoelectric sensors worldwide. In spite of their miniature size, the sensors incorporate a sensitivity adjuster. Since a red LED dot light source is used, alignment and confirmation of the sensing position is easy, even if very tiny objects have to be detected. Characteristics:

    Threaded miniature photoelectric sensors

    With an M4 thru-beam type and an M6 reflective type sensor, the user has a series of miniature photoelectric sensors at his disposal. In addition to being quick and easy to install, the EX-30 series sensors' integrated signal amplifier, stable mechanical properties, and robust, zinc housing make it an attractive alternative to photoelectric sensors with fiber cables.   • PM-25/45/65 Photoelectric Sensor

    Beam emitting / receiving distance of 6mm!

    The beam emitting and receiving sections are 0.5mm thinner compared to our conventional models although the external dimensions have not changed. As a result, the distance between the beam-emitting and the beam-receiving point increased by 1mm. The wider distance means less possibility of collision with the sensing objects.

  • PM2 Photoelectric Sensor

    Convergent reflective microphotoelectric sensors

    The PM2 series is suitable for a large number of applications due to its compact and robust design. The application range is extended using the "U" shaped version. Due to the fixed focusing of the light beam, PM2 sensors enable precise object detection in a defined sensing range. The PM2 series measures independently of the background, detects dark or slightly reflective objects and extremely thin objects (> 0.05mm). Characteristics:
    • Response time typically 20µs
    • Detection independent of background
