  • GP-X Measurement Sensor

    GP-X INDUCTIVE ANALOGUE SENSORS (CONTROLLER)

The inductive displacement transducers of the GP-X series use eddy current techniques and are particularly noted for their highly accurate measurement at a resolution of 0.02% F.S. with minimal linearity error, a high sampling frequency of 40kHz and low temperature dependence.
  • HG-C Measurement Sensor

    HG-C series

As compact as a photoelectric sensor, the CMOS laser sensor allows to display actual measured distance as accurately as a displacement sensor.
    • Accurate > Linearity: +/-0.1% F.S.
    • Compact & light weight > W20mm x H44mm x D25mm
    • Precise level detection > Repeatability: 10μm
  • HG-S Communication Unit

Direct transfer of high-precision measurement values: new communication unit for the HG-S series

The new RS485 communication unit for the HG-S sensor series is used to transfer high-precision measurement values directly, making data traceability easier than before.
  • HG-S Measurement Sensor

    Slim unit body

    1. Slim & robust pencil-type sensor unit
    2. Bending-resistant cable even when used for moving parts
    3. Hot-swappable
    4. Plain bearings with 2-point support structure ensure excellent resistance to lateral loads
    5. Resistance to lateral load
    6. High accuracy: The high-precision sensor head has a resolution of 0.1µm and an indication accuracy of max. 1µm for the full range and max. 0.5µm for the narrow range. The high-resolution CMOS sensors measure the amount of movement by reading the glass scales that have different slit patterns at different read positions. This provides accurate measurements even in high-speed measuring operations. It also eliminates mechanical zero position runs when the system has been switched on.
    7. Resistance to upward thrust impact: Even when a sudden upward thrust impact occurs, the resulting load is applied only to the lower section of the sensor unit. The spindle stopper minimizes the impact on the glass scales.
    8. Tip deviation amount of max. 35µm
  • HL-C2 Measurement Sensor

    HL-C2 sensor heads

By combining our accumulated know-how in measurement technology with the latest digital technology, we have created the versatile laser displacement sensor HL-C2, the best sensor in its class. Even for extremely difficult applications such as measuring variations in HDD surfaces or sensing very shiny objects, the HL-C2 sensor functions stably and consistently.
  • HL-D3 Measurement sensor

    High-precision measurement sensor

    • High-precision measurement sensor with a resolution of 1μm.
    • The functionality of 500 displacement sensors in a device that is just 12.5mm wide!
    • Height measurement range (i.e. sensing range on the Z axis): 50 ± 10mm
    • Center point of the height measurement range: 50mm
    • Width measurement range (i.e. sensing range on the X axis): 12.5mm
    • Sampling rate: max. 80µs
    • Resolution: 1µm
  • HL-G1 Measurement Sensor

    HL-G1 Series

Panasonic has developed and produced laser distance sensors for more than 20 years. Using our well established triangulation method and state-of-the-art laser technology, our sensors are able to handle high resolution measurement regardless of background color and surface conditions.
  • HL-T1 Measurement Sensor

    HL-T1 sensor

The HL-T1 is an ultrasmall laser thru-beam sensors with very high resolution. Three different types are available: HL-T1001A with a 1mm laser beam which is able to detect object 8µm in diametre at a distance of 500mm between receiver and transmitter; HL-T1005A and HL-T1010A with a laser collimator which produces a light curtain of 5mm or 10mm width respectively. The red semiconductor LED, which belongs to laser class 1, makes it possible to use HL-T1 without any safety requirements.
  • LA Measurement Sensor

Laser thru-beam sensor with analogue output

This laser sensor operates with a laser "belt" of 15mm width. Nevertheless, an object of ø 0.1mm will be detected over the 500 mm sensing range with a repeatability of approx. 10µm. Adjusting the emitter and receiver is very easy as a positioning monitor leads to the best position. This laser sensor conforms to class 1, so safety measures are not necessary.
